Elliot Roddy founded Elliot's Table in 2018 before branching out further into the hospitality world when he started the event space company Cottage Grove Gardens. He partnered with lifelong friend and expert horticulturist Jacob Martin to help maintain the garden's beauty, tend to the property's unique greenhouses, and facilitate events.
